We are pleased to inform that there is an electric kettle offered in the guest room. Complimentary coffee, tea and bottled water are also provided and replenished on a daily basis during the guest's stay with us.

Enjoyable, Accessible and cost affective to the room we had.

It was far away from the city (to be walked by foot to the central parts) however, accessible area. Bus/ Public Transport close by to the hotel. Maps to Singapore provided in the lounge area and staff very helpful. We enjoyed the pool and the extra towels provided outside of the door.

The pool views were misleading from the photos online as faced other buildings and was over looked by skyscraper/ flats so not private to the hotel.

I like the location. near Orchard and mrt station.

I didn't like the receptionist. the girl receptionist was so gloomy, no smile at all. the room was like the jail.

Hotel wad comfortable. The reception was nice to sit in. Beds were comfortable.

Shower was no adjustable on the bracket so had to reduce pressure to stop going over my head. Toilet paper wsd too coarse and hard to get off roller device.

It was good. Thanks!

Nicely maintained. A lot of sockets. Got hair dryer. Quite spacious. Inclusive breakfast was also good enough.

Complimentary water is mentioned but no bottled water in the room. No toothbrush sets; we hd to go get. Reception not answering the phone. Wifi was weak. No bidet.

Quiet and Safe for solo travellers

I was given a corner room which was spacey and quiet. The location is 5 minutes from Lavender station and its very easy to go to other locations/sights. Lots of food and locals - a break from the touristy feel of other places around. Cheap eats around the neighbourhood.

The room looked a bit dated and needs a refurb (the lobby looks fantastic!). My showerhead was placed facing the wall which made it difficult to shower at times.

Adequate for what we needed

Not to far from the airport basic but clean after a 16 hour flight just what we needed.

When we arrived we were to early to check in by about two hours so had to pay an extra $65 even though the room was vacant and had been cleaned. Would not recommend breakfast

Great pool

Loved the pool and the restaurant downstairs.

Beds were pretty hard and the shower flooded the bathroom so we had wet feet when we went toilet.

The location was great. It is ok for 1 night, but really small room. The bad was comfortable, and the room was clean.

The room door was not working with the given card, so we had to ask the staff to let us in every single time.

Great location. Supermarket opposite, MRT station 3/4 minutes away.

The location excellent, easy to find in close proximity to Lavender MRT Station. The room was fine, only had a view of the side alley though. Reception staff were friendly, helpful and assisted with all my questions.

The shower head in the bathroom. It wouldn't stay straight and insisted on pointing into the shower curtain at all times.

Good value for money

Good location. Food court and supermarket were close. Some things were not that good, but would still stay again.

Breakfast was mostly Asian-type breakfast, so if you are not so into that in the morning, I recommend not buy it. Towels were bad, once you used the towel, it didn't dry but stayed moist. Kinda waste that you have to change the towel after one use. In double bed only one big blanket, asked for the second one but unfortunately they didn't have it.
